The Liquid cargo handling (LCHS) Simulator is intended to train officers of tankers responsible for the safe cargo handling operations in accordance with Chapter V of STCW Code.
Offshore Marine Formation (COTE D'IVOIRE, Abidjan) is a Recognized Safety Maritime Organization (RSO) approved by the General Directorate of Maritime and Port Affairs. One of the main activities of OMF is training of maritime specialists.
